Drop testing

Board-level drop reliability testing is well-known method for testing the mechanical loads caused e.g. by accidental drops to electronic components located inside handheld products. Toptester Oy has a long history related to drop testing, and the company offers accredited services according to Jedec, MIL and IEC -standards. Our drop test equipment can produce accelerations up to 30 000 G and various in-situ measurements for the components can be performed simultaneously during testing, including event detectors, data logging and strain measurements.
